You’ll be in a Small Accountability Coaching Group of your peers* who meet monthly for business support, accountability, and brainstorming — to hit (or crush) your goals and master your challenges.
If you’re ready to become more accountable, learn from others, and reach goals you thought were unattainable, the Creatives Roundtable is for you. By joining an accountability group, you’ll get people you can turn to for advice, friendship, and community. Each group is limited to 6 people to maintain intimacy. Applications are evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Small Accountability Coaching Groups
You’re a working creative: graphic designer, illustrator, branding expert, web designer, web developer, photographer, retoucher, writer, copywriter, marketer, social media specialist, and are ready to get better clients, work smarter, grow or streamline, and increase profitability. You need a group of people to brainstorm with, a community of your peers.
Slack Community
You’re a freelancer or independent business owner in these fields: graphic design, illustration, branding, web design, web development, photography, retouching, writing, copywriting, marketing, and social media, who’s anxious to get business support and meet other freelancers but does not want the commitment of a monthly meeting.
Small Accountability Coaching Groups
This group is for you if:
- You’ve been working as a creative for at least two years and are ready to expand your profit margins and connect with bigger clients. Or you have just been thrust into this freelance life and need support and guidance!
- You feel like you’re hitting a plateau and ready to make the jump, but you need help determining the best next steps.
- With the day-to-day demands of your clients, employees, and/or sub-contractors, you need help and support to reignite your entrepreneurial passion for growth and sustainability.
Based on an application and interview, you’ll be placed with peers with a creative business GROWING AT A SIMILAR PACE. This application process raises the caliber to an elite level and is geared toward those ready for growth. Some examples include but are not limited to increasing revenue, increasing subcontracted work or hiring, getting/keeping higher caliber clients/budgets/projects, looking to shift from solo to a small agency model, etc.
You’ll meet monthly via Zoom with your 6- and 12-month goals to work on each month, collaborate as a mastermind group, discuss challenges, and receive feedback to support you in accomplishing your goal(s). Your monthly meetings will be moderated to help you through stumbling blocks, reach your goals, or cheer you on!
You’ll also be given access to our private, members-only Slack Community, free and paid webinars, live training and workshops, Focus Sessions (co-working), Happy Hours, and LinkedIn Pod PLUS monthly group meeting video recordings.

- You’re hesitant to talk about your business with a group of “strangers.”
- You know your business would benefit tremendously from collaborating with like-minded creative entrepreneurs.
